Mr. Ouverson's introduction to personal computers and to technical editing are described in his informal essay, (Computer) Power to the People. His views about the potential of personal computers and the internet to society were formed largely at People's Computer Company, when the technology was just being conceived, and are discussed in his essay, Network Neutrality.
External Design represents services provided by Marlin Ouverson as a custom web site designer and developer, and as a veteran technical editor and publication designer. His custom web sites, intranets, web applications and special-purpose user-interface designs have served clients throughout California, Hawaiʻi, the American midwest and New York City. His editorial skills have long served an international audience.
